IT'S NEVER TOO LATE!

So you messed up once. Or twice. Or three times. IT'S COOL. I just attended a REAL ESTATE INVESTING 3 day training. I noticed that most of the participants were older. Our parent's age. I saw a couple that looked like one of my friend's parents.

WHY ARE THEY HERE?

That was my thought. Could it be that what they were told and what they told there kids wasn't working? GO TO SCHOOL. GET A GOOD JOB. WORK HARD. RETIRE. As active as seniors are these days, I'd still much rather enjoy life sooner than later. There are a lot of dreams we can fulfill, now. Money is only a tool. With money, we can afford to live out our dreams.

SAY YOU WANT A REVOLUTION

THE REVOLUTION STARTS WITH YOUR MIND. It can be summed up in two words: TAKE CONTROL! Take control of your money, your career, your life. Stop letting other people tell you what to do. (I'm talking about your J.O.B.) I'm gonna break your heart right now. But it's only cuz I luv you. 1. Santa doesn't exist. 2. Neither does the Easter Bunny. 3. Your job will never make you rich! Okay....now that the heartbreak is over. Let me tell you this: NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, NO MATTER HOW OLD, BROKE OR BUMMED OUT YOU MAY BE....IT IS NEVER TOO LATE!

TIME TO CHANGE

1. ADMIT AND REALIZE THAT OUR PARENT'S WAY DOESN'T WORK. NOT FOR THEM. NOT FOR YOU.

2. FIND THE RIGHT WAY. The 5 Habits of Money Baby!

3. START THINKING FOR YOURSELF. Don't take my word for it. Use your brain. It's the most powerful tool IN THE WORLD.
